ST PATRICK’S DAY – SUNDAY 17TH MARCH
As the luck of the Irish fills the air, head down to Wilmslow’s very own Irish bar, Mucky Pup to join in their St. Patrick’s Day celebrations taking place from the 12th – 17th March. With live music daily, Irish dancers, street style food, Six Nations and Cheltenham Festival shown live, and perfectly poured pints of Guinness, it’s the place to be. WILMSLOW RUNNING FESTIVAL
Celebrating its 40th year, Wilmslow Running Festival is taking place on Sunday 24th March, 8am – 2pm, and we couldn’t be more excited! Whether you are there to participate in the Half Marathon, 10k, Fun Run, or simply to soak in the lively atmosphere as a spectator, you are guaranteed to leave feeling like a winner. SPACE FEST
The Easter holidays couldn’t get anymore exciting for your little ones, with this year’s very special Wilmslow BID space-themed trail. If you enjoyed the dinosaur hunt last year, get ready for a brand-new mission! Starting on Thursday 28th March, and continuing throughout the Easter holidays (until the 15th April), get ready to embark on a space-themed discovery trail around Wilmslow. Stationery Supplies are hosting a very special Mother’s day colouring event on Saturday 9th March 10am – 3pm. All materials are included and the cost is just £5 per person, with £2 of which going to Marie Curie.
There will be tables and chairs set up under a gazebo and your child will have 4 designs to choose from and will also take home a notebook, pen and special highlighter all beautifully gift wrapped in tissue paper ready to give to their special mum.
