Therapy Organics 4 weeks of wellness

Join us for our new 4 Weeks to Wellness Nutrition Programme. Starting the first week in January, we have a Nutrition and Lifestyle programme to help transform your wellbeing for the New Year. Devised by our in house qualified and registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist Molly Harvey-Love, this programme is like no other and promises to support your feel great factor, boost your energy, fire up your motivation, support your sleep and most importantly educate you with tips and tricks to achieve your potential and reach your goals.

The Nutrition Programme will be a challenging yet cleansing step into the New Year and will take into account not only nourishment from foods, but also nourishment from positive lifestyle elements that will help you throughout the programme and beyond into 2022. Whilst there will be some eliminations to cleanse after any holiday excesses, the primary focus will be on fuelling the body with positive inclusions. We will use foods and recipes that are tasty, inspiring and full of the right nutrients that are scientifically proven to enhance metabolic function and physical and emotional wellbeing.

You will be fully supported throughout the programme as this comprises of two ‘one to one’ consultations with the inspirational and motivational Molly… One at the start of the programme to explain all elements and identify your goals and a second at the end, to ensure that you can take the positives from the programme and keep on track to support your health moving forward. Whilst the plan has been devised as a structured 4 week programme, during the one to one sessions, this will be tailored to your personal nutritional needs for a bespoke programme designed to optimise your health.

  • People who want to be inspired with new health ideas and find resources to achieve their goals.
  • Anyone suffering with any ailment no matter how big or small but want to see a positive change in their health.
  • Those who are lacking in energy, impacted by stress or struggling to sleep.
  • Essentially anyone who wants to take up the challenge to take ownership of their health and learn how to fuel their body to be their very best.

What it will include:

  • Two one to one consultations.
    • The first is a 45 minute session taken at the start of the 4 week programme. Availability for these will be on Saturday the 8th January and Tuesday 11th January. Note that we may be able to offer alternative dates to these if needed and consultations can be in person or via zoom if preferred.
    • The second is a 30 minute follow up session taken at the end of the 4 week programme again on Tuesdays and Saturdays with the potential for alternative dates if needed.
  • Programme booklet with an easy to follow guide and goal setting tools.
  • Recipes and resources to empower and inspire you for long lasting change.
  • Supplement advice to support the programme and assurance of food and safety guidance taking into account any prescription medications.
  • Support throughout the programme with access to a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist to answer questions and provide guidance along the way. Note that this support is offered only during normal working hours and via the clinic.
