Your free weekly timed 5k event at The Carrs, Wilmslow

Run, walk or jog the only thing that matters is that you get out and join in. Open to all ages and abilities organised entirely by volunteers.

This week parkrun also joins forces with 5K your way, move against cancer.

5k your way, move against cancer is a community based initiative to encourage those living with and beyond cancer, their families, friends, and those working in cancer services to walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer at your local parkrun.
