Wilmslow Christmas Lights 2021

Wilmslow town centre turned on the Christmas Lights this evening following an afternoon of fun filled entertainment in the town centre.

The afternoon started with living lamp posts roaming across the town centre, entertaining shoppers and visitors to the town. This was followed by music and singing from Gorsey Bank Primary School Choir, Wilmslow High School’s Young Voices and Wilmslow High School’s Concert Band.

Wilmslow resident and Radio 2 broadcaster Dr.Chatterjee turned on the Christmas lights and Father Christmas paid a visit to wish all a Merry Christmas.

The event and activities were organised and funded by Wilmslow town centre, with support from the Wilmslow’s Way Better team.
