Perspective therapy are experienced and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists, Registered & Accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Both Amanda & Jo have practiced for over 14 years. Their experience includes providing therapy to adolescents, adults and couples. Amanda & Jo also provide counselling to clients through private healthcare companies and Employee Assistance Programmes. As qualified supervisors, they provide supervision to other therapists and mental health workers. They provide a safe, professional and therapeutic experience where you can explore the thoughts, feelings and behaviours which cause you concern or distress.
