Browns Brasserie & Bar is thrilled to announce the opening of their stunning new Wilmslow eatery on 27th June.
Located in a beautiful Grade II listed 18th Century building opposite Wilmslow Train Station, the major renovation pays homage to the building’s illustrious history while introducing a fresh, modern style, with luxe art deco aesthetics, opulent textures, inviting hues, and sophisticated finishes. From intimate, cosy corners to expansive, light-filled spaces, every aspect has been meticulously curated to offer guests an unforgettable experience, with a lush outdoor drinking and dining terrace surrounded by rare and protected trees. Open all day from breakfast through to dinner, Browns serve classic British comfort dishes and fresh seasonal creations, with traditional afternoon teas everyday, fresh lobster Monday to Saturday, decadent weekend Champagne bottomless brunches, and traditional roasts with live piano on Sundays. From fresh fish and seafood, including their Lobster Linguine, Roast Cod with Wild Garlic & Asparagus and Miso Salmon, to indulgent prime steak and sharing Chateaubriand, to traditional British favourites like Fish & Chips and Pulled Lamb Shepherd’s Pie, vibrant plant-based options such as Pea & Broad Bean Gnocchi with Brown Butter & Basil Pesto, irresistible desserts and indulgent Sundaes, there are dishes to suit every appetite. They also proudly offer bespoke Gluten Free Breakfast, Lunch, A La Carte, Afternoon Tea, and Children’s menus, all accredited by Coeliac UK.
Make the most of any sunshine on the terrace, or relax in the bar with their hand-crafted cocktails and fine selection of wine and Champagne. And if you don’t drink or you’re the designated driver, Browns offer a fantastic choice of virgin cocktails, alcohol free beers and softs. Weekends are not to be missed with the Browns Bottomless Champagne Brunch, available Friday to Sunday until 2pm, where guests can choose from a selection of delicious brunch dishes accompanied by bottomless Möet & Chandon Impérial Champagne for just £56 per person. And every Sunday from 1pm to 4pm, enjoy live piano alongside their menu of traditional Sunday roasts.
For delicious dishes at a delightful set price, Browns offer a set Lunch Menu during the week priced at £17.95 for two courses and £21.95 for three. From classics like Smoked Scottish Salmon and Duck & Watermelon Salad, Steak Frites and Chicken & Leek Pie, to Chorizo & Sun-Dried Tomato Linguine, Smoked Haddock Fishcake with Lemon Hollandaise, and a nutritious Risotto Verde, there is everything from indulgent treats to light bites.
