Celebrating Community and Support: Space4Autism’s Upcoming Events

Introduction

Space4Autism, a pivotal organisation dedicated to supporting individuals with autism and their families, is excited to announce a series of engaging events that underscore its commitment to community building and awareness. These events offer fantastic opportunities for connection, support, and fun in the heart of our community.

Monthly Drop-In Sessions

Every second Wednesday of the month, Space4Autism hosts a drop-in session at Unico Lounge, 68 Grove Street, Wilmslow, from 10 am to 2 pm. These sessions are part of the Space to Prosper Project, providing a relaxed environment where individuals can meet with wellbeing workers for support, advice, and information. Whether you’re seeking guidance or simply wish to connect with others in the community, these sessions are a valuable resource.

20th Anniversary Family Fun Day

Mark your calendars for the 25th of May for a special celebration at Lifestyle Fitness, Macclesfield College, from 11 am to 3 pm. This event marks the 20th anniversary of Space4Autism with a Family Fun Day packed with activities for all ages. Attendees can enjoy bouncy castles, live entertainment, and various fundraising stalls. It’s a perfect day out for the family, celebrating two decades of Space4Autism’s impactful work.

Grand Raffle

A highlight of the Family Fun Day is the Grand Raffle, where participants have the chance to win exciting prizes. Raffle books are available for purchase at five tickets for £5, with the drawing to take place during the event. It’s not just a chance to win great prizes but also a way to support Space4Autism’s ongoing initiatives.
