Wilmslow’s own Koralia Hume, co-owner of Quarrybank Boutique, has been appointed the first-ever Bathroom Champion by the national trade association KBSA (Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association) — a landmark role that highlights both her industry reputation and the growing prominence of the bathroom sector within UK home design.
Quarrybank Boutique, a design-led interiors showroom based in the heart of Wilmslow, joined the KBSA as a foundational member in 2023. Since then, the business has become a standout name in the industry, reaching finalist status at this year’s kbbreview Awards and building a strong reputation for its innovative, customer-first approach.
The new position has been created by the KBSA in response to the bathroom’s increasing role in the modern home. In her new role, Koralia will work closely with the association’s leadership to strengthen its support for bathroom retailers and bring more industry voices into the fold.
