Grow and Glow Wilmslow Women’s Peer Support Group

A free weekly peer support group for women, offering a welcoming space to come together, have a cuppa, and connect with others who understand. There’s no pressure to share, you’re welcome to attend at your own pace, and you can simply listen if that’s what you need.

📅 When: Every Wednesday

⏰ Time: 7:00pm to 8:30pm (arrival from 6:45pm) 

📍 Where: Wilmslow Fire Station (entrance on Alma Lane, parking at the rear) 

✅ Cost: Free to attend

👩 Female only | Over 18s

🚗 Please be mindful of fire engine bays.
