From One Day to a Whole Week: Wilmslow Interiors Week Returns Bigger for 2026

Following the success of last year’s first-ever Wilmslow Interiors Day, the event is returning for 2026 and this time, one day simply isn’t enough.

From Saturday 26 September to Saturday 3 October 2026, Wilmslow Interiors Week will bring together home, interiors and design businesses from across the town for a full week of inspiration, expert advice, special activity and plenty of reasons to explore Wilmslow.

Under the theme Style Up Your Space, the week will celebrate the depth of interiors expertise available locally, from kitchens and bathrooms to furniture, flooring, technology, accessories and finishing touches.

Wilmslow Art Trail

Running alongside Wilmslow Interiors Week, Wilmslow Art is building on its established art trail and annual “under one roof” exhibition by bringing artwork back into the town centre.

For 2026, its partnership with Wilmslow Business Improvement District will see pieces by participating artists and makers displayed in shop windows across Wilmslow throughout Interiors Week. A digital map will help visitors follow the trail, discover the displays and explore the town’s shops along the way.

The free Wilmslow Art contemporary art fair will also take place at the URC Church Halls on Chapel Lane from 2–4 October, showcasing artists, makers and potters from across the North West. Together, the window displays and weekend exhibition offer more opportunities to discover their work and find inspiration for your home.

Last Year Proved Just How Much Wilmslow Has to Offer

The first Wilmslow Interiors Day showed just how much interest there is in home and interior design across the town.

Visitors explored showrooms, joined talks and workshops, discovered new trends and met the people behind some of Wilmslow’s leading interiors businesses.

More importantly, the event demonstrated the strength of bringing those businesses together as one joined-up experience.

Lisa Russett, Wilmslow BID Manager, said following last year’s event:

“One of the best parts of the Interiors Day was seeing so many local businesses come together to collaborate. By showcasing their individual expertise as part of a wider event, we not only drove interest and footfall but also highlighted the incredible depth of interior design talent we have right here in Wilmslow.”

That success has provided the inspiration to expand the event for 2026.

Bigger, Better and Now a Full Week

This year, visitors will have even more time to explore what Wilmslow’s interiors businesses have to offer.

Across the week, participating businesses will be creating their own activities and experiences, with plans expected to include a mix of:

  • Expert advice and demonstrations
  • Interior design inspiration
  • Workshops and talks
  • Exclusive offers
  • Showroom events
  • Refreshments and hospitality
  • New product and trend inspiration

The full programme is still being developed, with more details to be announced over the coming weeks.
