Join us in commemorating the 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe Day (VE Day) with a week of free and ticketed events across Wilmslow, Handforth and Alderley Edge. From live music and historical exhibitions to guided walking tours and wartime suppers, there’s something for everyone to enjoy as we remember those who served.

Enjoy the swing sounds of The Debonaires, a vintage dance band bringing the street to life.

Explore Wilmslow’s wartime past on a guided two-hour walking tour. Hear stories of bravery and sacrifice from those who served.
