Wilmslow Halloween Trail 2025: A Spooky Adventure for All the Family
Halloween in Wilmslow is about to get a whole lot more exciting! This October half-term, families are invited to take part in the Wilmslow Halloween Trail 2025, running from Saturday 18th October to Saturday 1st November. The trail promises spooky fun, family-friendly activities and plenty of treats, making it the perfect way to celebrate the season while exploring Wilmslow town centre.
What is the Wilmslow Halloween Trail?
The Halloween Trail is a free, interactive activity designed to get children and families out and about in the town centre. Armed with a special trail map, participants will be challenged to find pumpkins and Dracula figures hidden in shop windows around Wilmslow. Along the way, there are puzzles, colouring activities and word searches to keep little ones entertained.
The trail not only creates a fantastic Halloween experience but also highlights the brilliant range of shops, cafés, and businesses in Wilmslow.
How the Trail Works
Taking part is simple and free. Here’s what you need to do:
-
Collect your trail map – available from participating shops or downloadable HERE.
-
Search for the pumpkins – 16 pumpkins are hidden in shop windows across town. Each pumpkin shows a different Halloween-themed picture. When you find one, draw or write the picture in the matching numbered pumpkin on your sheet.
-
Spot the Draculas – there are 10 mischievous Draculas to find around Wilmslow. Tick them off as you go!
-
Complete the fun activities – the back of the trail sheet is packed with games including a maze, word search, shadow matching, colouring and even a chance to design your own pumpkin face.
Halloween Competition
Once you’ve completed your map, don’t forget to enter the Halloween Competition. Simply drop off your finished sheet at Waitrose and you’ll be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a spooktacular prize. Winners will be contacted by 10th November.
