Wilmslow Youth Launches Christmas Big Give Campaign: One Week to Double Your Impact

Wilmslow Youth is delighted to announce its participation in this year’s Christmas Big Give Campaign, running from 12pm on 2nd December to 12pm on 9th December. For one week only, every donation made online through the Big Give platform will be doubled, up to match funder limits, helping supporters make twice the difference for local young people.

Supporting Young People at the Heart of Our Community

Wilmslow Youth is dedicated to ensuring every young person in our community feels supported, valued, and connected. We provide free support, activities, and safe spaces that help young people navigate the challenges of growing up—whether they’re facing anxiety, low confidence, isolation, or pressures at school or home.

We are proud that we do not charge for our services, ensuring that no young person is ever turned away due to cost. Our work includes:

Youth Café & Safe Space: Warm, welcoming environment where young people can relax, talk to trusted adults, socialise, and feel included.
Mental Health & Wellbeing Support: One-to-one sessions and small groups that offer a listening ear, encouragement, and practical strategies and counseling.
Schools & Community Outreach: Close partnership with local schools, families, and community groups to support young people where they are.

Expand 1:1 wellbeing support for young people who need someone to talk to.
Increase our after-school drop-in sessions, giving young people a safe place to go.
Extend our youth club provision into the evening, offering even more safe, positive, and supportive opportunities for young people to connect.
Deliver community-based programmes that build friendships, confidence, and belonging.
