TEMPO Brings the Timeless Musical Les Misérables to Life
Youth musical theatre company – TEMPO, is set to captivate audiences with a stunning production of the beloved musical Les Misérables (School Edition). Celebrating 40 years of performances worldwide, this enduring classic continues to engage audiences with its powerful themes and unforgettable music. Les Misérables will take place at the Evans Theatre, Wilmslow from 18th to 22ndMarch 2025.
This talented ensemble of young performers will bring Victor Hugo’s epic story of love, resilience, and redemption to the stage. Set against a backdrop of political turmoil in post-revolutionary France, Les Misérables follows the gripping journey of ex-convict Jean Valjean as he seeks redemption while being relentlessly pursued by Inspector Javert. He navigates a society rife with injustice as the story unfolds with unforgettable songs such as “I Dreamed a Dream,” “Bring Him Home” and “Do You Hear the People Sing?”

Les Misérables will be at the Evans Theatre, Wilmslow Leisure Centre between 18th and 22nd March 2025. Performances are at 7.30pm with a matinee on Saturday 22nd March at 2.30pm.
