Save the date for an out of this world Easter adventure!! Did you have fun finding the dinosaurs last year? We are back with an all new mission. Starting Thursday 28th March and running across the Easter holidays there will be a space themed discovery trail across Wilmslow Town Centre featuring aliens, spacemen, robots, star wars characters and buzz lightyear. Find the 12 letters, spell out the word and crack the code to be in with a chance of winning some incredible prizes including a family pass to Jodrell Bank. Trail begins 13:00 on Thursday 28th and characters will be in place until 09:00 Monday 15th April
Enter online by emailing the 12 lettered space themed word or phrase to [email protected] or in the postbox at Waitrose. Maps can be collected from Wilmslow Library if there are non available please use the digital map above.
INTERACTIVE SPACE DAY
Tuesday 9th April – Fully Booked
Space themed day across Wilmslow Town Centre. There will be a whole host of activities to get involved in including a planetarium at Wilmslow Library from 10am – 5pm.
Macclesfield Astronomical Society will also be joining will have deep space images on show and live views of the sun should it appear via a special telescope! The image of the sun is then shown through a tablet inside.
