Wilmslow town centre belongs to everyone who uses it, shops here, eats here, visits events, or simply passes through as part of daily life. That is why the Wilmslow Business Improvement District team is running the Online Wilmslow’s Way Better Customer Perception Survey 2026, to understand what is working well, what could be better and where we should focus our efforts next.

This survey is your chance to have a direct say in the future of Wilmslow, from the day to day experience of being in town to the events and activities that bring extra energy into the centre.

We are not asking for feedback to tick a box. We are asking because the town changes when we listen properly. The comments and insights we receive will help shape what we prioritise, whether that is improving events, supporting the town centre offer, helping businesses communicate better with visitors, or making sure Wilmslow feels welcoming, safe and easy to use.

If you have attended any events, we want to know which ones stood out and what you would like to see more of. If you have not attended, we want to understand why, so we can make events more relevant and easier to access.

If you have strong views about the town centre experience, good or bad, this is the place to share them.
